awesome, already planning my own fanlisting
Back after a break for my surgery, I wrote a little about my accent. I’m trying out writing posts that are less time-consuming and more like something I might write in a social media thread.
Any other DIY nail hobbyists in here?
Those look amazing! I don’t work with acrylics myself, but I have done polygel. I really struggle to get anything to stick to my nails due to how soft they are, so mostly I just stick to nail stamping on my natural nails. Maybe with enough practice I can get decent polygel nails to last more than a day!
I made a blog post about my thoughts on the rumors about a new spyro game being in devolopment
i made a blog post about being an exhibited artist, and what it means to me. specifically, how being part of an artist community irl influences how i feel about myself and my work. and why it should influence those things in the first place. the sentiments expressed in the post have been on my mind for a long time, so i hope i managed to convey them in a way that others will understand! - j
posted a new blog post about our house offer being accepted and what that meant for my overall mental health.
Surprise, it’s another blog post about art. It’s all I can think about at the moment unfortunately haha. It’s about me realizing that what I really want for my art has never been about being an animator or being a specialist in a specific field, and that’s okay. I wrote a quick post about Disability Pride Month and my intention to work on various disability-related projects this month. Maybe this will help motivate me to actually finish some?
Posted my Weekly Blog Post. Cool article on learning how to ring church bells, finally acquired some old graphics that I was hunting for, been playing some Switch games, watching some shows and have dived into Tad Williams Shadowmarch book series.
Manatee never knew there was a whole language of church bells. Fascinating stuff.
I made a blog post about my thoughts regarding Luxe’s site and how minimalistic sites are cool. They’re a lot more than the sum of its parts, and I’m glad I finally got the chance to appreciate them after focusing on HTML/CSS exclusively.
The graphics you got are so cute! I’m so happy that the owner is still selling them, they’re wonderful! Also it’s really cool that there’s a whole language/art to ringing church bells, massive respect to the people reviving it.
I’m taking a long break from socials to focus more on some long-term projects.
Happy to see a media center in Bear Blog now!
Sometimes a dragon needs to hibernate. :)
Basically the longest “how I spent my summer vacation” essay you’ve ever seen.
Weekly Wrap Up 18 is up. I shouted out a couple of fellow neocitizens who have cool projects going on and also have a couple links of cool things I found around the web.
I just pushed live something about a realisation I had related to my inner struggles: mismatch
