Good Internet Magazine: a regular publication for the small web

thank you!! i’m sorry if i came off as woeful! i’m just expressing the reality that i just can’t do everything perfectly at once. :sob: this project is perfect for my interests and abilities but i should’ve given myself a longer lead time.

i do plan on taking a break after i ship out orders :)

the fall issue will definitely need some backup as well, so i’m grateful for the articles! having too many is a better problem to have than too few.

I understand you perfectly, although I do not have a printed magazine, but there is also a lot of work on it, though of a different plan - to write an introduction, 6 articles, and an epilogue, and the cover, then lay out, translate, and back - check if there is any confusion between the Slavic and English languages (translation difficulties).
and you also need to look for materials, study, read a lot, and watch. and so on every month.
also work with the community, but I am already slowly throwing it off myself, because I need to devote time to myself too.

summer is ahead, I hope it will be wonderful.
have a nice day everyone ))

That’s wonderful!
And all the best luck for your surgery.

One question, do you plan to make an RSS feed? It would be highly appreciated and a good fit IMHO.

Hey all, I’m going to be ordering a few copies of the magazine this weekend (donating a couple to libraries near me) and since shipping - and potentially tariffs - across the border to Canada is fairly steep, I’m happy to bundle other Canadian orders in with mine to share the shipping costs. I’m on the west coast.

The digital copy of the inaugural edition has arrived and it’s SO GOOD! I love the aesthetic and voice, and the cover art is gorgeous. I’ve only read the opening pages so far, including Sacha Judd’s article on the web we lost, but it’s such a delight. My thanks to everyone involved. I can’t wait to see the print version🙂

@xandra - I echo @straydogstrut. The digital edition is incredible! I’m still waking up, so I’ve only managed to skim through it so far, but I had to stop by to say how impressed I am. I’m absolutely floored. The presentation is beautiful and all the articles sound fascinating! I can’t wait to curl up with it and read everyone’s pieces once my reading eyes start working. Thank you so much for everything you put into this, and thank you to all who contributed!

Back from a forum hiatus to pass along that I saw that one of the articles was linked in a popular tech/web/politics newsletter I follow. Congrats on getting this thing out @xandra and everyone else

OMG!!! I woke up this morning to the print edition in my mailbox, and it’s BEAUTIFUL!!! I have to admit that while I did receive the PDF version, I didn’t look at it because I wanted to wait for the physical version to arrive, and it was very much worth it! Everyone involved did such a wonderful job!
