i think ive seen corolle dolls in stores that look similar (looking more like a little girl than a baby) but they’re a bit smaller at ~14 inches and their faces definitely dont have that american girl cuteness. if i ever do find some kind of equivalent i like ill be sure to report back
this is one of the corolle dolls. i dont know how many different face molds they have so maybe they have some id like more?

Wow this is an impressive effort… You know the poetry is good when it takes like 20 times as many words to explain how it works and yet the original text makes perfect sense to someone who gets all the references.
