"Why and how to make a website" micro zine

I really enjoyed working on the fediverse zine that I shared here recently, and I wanted to experiment a bit more with this medium.

Hope you’ll enjoy!

My pleasure! And thank you, really glad you liked it!

what a nice zine. i’ve been on a bit of a hiatus and have been feeling similarly, and this has given me a new angle to consider - keeping a (semi-)public record of my life. there’s some growing pains with being visible.

it’s so funny you made this - i’m going to a “powerpoint party” soon where everyone has to give a short presentation on a topic, and i wrote a note to myself that my presentation will be titled “why make a website - and how”.

Great job! I’m going to link this into my web for dumbies guide on my site. I’m hoping to convince more friends and family to get on board and this is a quick and easy guide

And good luck, hope you’re family/friends enjoy making their websites!

My wife and I did a virtual Powerpoint party with a bunch of friends during the early years of the pandemic. Even separated across space and fighting with technology, it was a lot of fun!

This is such a rad zine. Thanks for making and sharing it, Stefan!

Great looking project! I like the idea of having something you can print out and give to someone in the physical world.
