made a media log page cause i thought it’d be super cool to kinda coalesce my tracking sites into one media log of the stuff i have consumed :] … preferably will include only stuff i have completed or i’m very actively consuming/playing …

I finally arranged my Games page so that not only does it make more sense to browse through, but I now have links so that you can play my games via my site in addition to their Itch.io pages:
I don’t have any issue with Itch.io itself really, but I always like having a local copy because you never know what might happen!

I keep telling people to have their own sites in addition to social media. That way when the big market hall is closed they can go to your shop, and the other way around. Plus, both places can promote each other. There are no downsides!

An invisible change for any of my readers. But I documented it on my colophon so it is technically a change to my website: Automating my Obsidian → Blogpost Pipeline
I managed to get porting a blogpost from my obsidian to my website in two commands (one from obsidian, and one from the project directory)

Reworked my Pixel Club to no longer receive submissions through a comment section, rather a direct email instead.
I know it was a dumb idea to use a comment section before just because I was uncomfortable at the idea of spreading an email around, but I’m fixing my mistake now.
EDIT: slight changes to the email acc I’m using because I accidentally locked myself out without a recovery email oops. Just made another email for the club now

Previously, when I categorised the links I curated on my links page, I put them in tabs, but now I decided to make individual pages for each category instead.

Added a couple of Pride Month-decoration: a rainbow corner, a horizontal line divider below the main content and an easter-egg when hovering over my avatar in the bottom left corner.
It was an interesting night of CSS-experimentation, that’s for sure.

A silly thing that I’m way too excited about - I made a cheeky little “not found” page inspired by my recent (probably fifth) playthrough of Chrono Trigger: link
I have to stop doing these things late into the night, because my brain just decided to forget random chunks of basic coding knowledge as I was trying to get this to display how I wanted it. >>; But I slept on it and I’m satisfied for now. Later on I’d like to see if I can layer a lamppost behind the old man using CSS or something.
