Added Resources and Articles tabs to my links page, and more links to the Webmastery tab.
Added accessible and stylised tooltips to some of the web buttons displayed on my website, after being inspired by @solaria’s web accessibility guide.
I have also decided to add webrings to both my home page and my links page, though the difference is that my home page displays the webrings I have joined in text links, while my links page displays the widgets of webrings I have applied to join, including ones where my applications are still pending.
