Show us your credits page

I’m interested to see how different people approach making a page that lists the assets you used on your website that weren’t made by you.

Here’s mine:

I don’t have a credits page, but I have a resources page

And I make mention of a few things specifically I used on my site, which really isn’t much.

Mostly I credit code tutorials either in the footer of a specific page (like Essays) or on the About page. There are also a few places where I’ve put tutorials, font sources, or how-to explanations directly into the code, as well, as a sort of note to self. And for the Thermos template, the page was about the code itself, so I just put some code tutorials right in the feature list (kudos to Shark Coder for showing me how to make plaid with linear-gradient).

Code tutorials are most of what I choose to credit because I don’t generally use image assets that I didn’t make myself. The instances where I’m borrowing images from other people so far have been for button walls and free pixel art, where I link to the source using the image.

mine is a pretty chunky list, i split it into a tools/coding/assets section since some of the blinkies and other stuff i get is pretty scattered from other hubs

Mine’s pretty simple but I think it covers everything. :)

Mine is a section on my “about the site” page! It lists major points of inspiration for my main layout, as well as credits for misc codes and graphics I used.

All three of my sites approach credits differently since they’re all styled differently

Here’s a simple/straightforward one from Sunny’s website; All the stuffs I used for dis webbed site. Which I also use as a Resources page. I was trying to make it look like one of those cut out templates paper dolls/toys have with the dashed borders :D

Still working on a resources page for Luxe’s site. Studio Luxe is made from scratch, with CSS only and very little images. I may link widgets/code snippets I may use in the future, but a credits page isn’t as needed compared to my other sites right now.

Velvet’s list is completely outdated and was made during a time I was still finding my footing as an artist and was using it as my “main site” at the time; Resource List. A lot of the assets I use now are my own, unless said otherwise.

Honorable mention: I directly credit the assets I took from others in my About Me page in cosy diner
