This is just the 1st version of mine, I know I’m gonna end up remaking it, but I’m happy with it for now <3
I used Clip Studio Paint (my main art program) - I just made an 88x31px canvas, and the pencil tool set to 1px with the jagged no-anti-aliasing setting. For the logo, I had already drawn my site logo so I shrunk it down and then traced over the pixels I thought were most important to get the image through.

Honestly I liked this idea so much I had to make a button for some of the programs I use the most (it’s much simpler than yours, but I’m proud nonetheless!)

That happens sometimes and it’s completely fine!! It nonetheless motivated me to make my first buttons!! <3 Breaking that barrier made me less afraid to make buttons for myself!

The reason I still have never made one is because my website name is stupidly long. CaffeineAndLasers is 17 characters long not including the .com so I never figured out a way of fitting my name onto a 88x31
If anyone has any ideas or inspiration I would appreciate lol

An easy answer would be taking the pfp, filling in the red laser bar, panning it slightly and putting something like “C&L” next to it prominently.
Would it turn out good? No idea. However, if you do utilize the coffee cup and laser logo, I’d make sure the red laser bar is solid red.

You don’t have to have text on your button I’ve seen a lot that are just an image that represents the site. Could always try that.

i love wikipedia’s slightly lesser known sibling wiktionary but i couldn’t for the life of me find a 88x31 made for it, so i cobbled together a simple one myself a while back! one day i shall learn pixel art so i can make a more colourful and more stylish one… one day…
