I decided that i wanted to revisit this relic of the past and realized it still works but after some set up configuration that i have now idea what was i doing, it now gets stuck on that screen even if i reset it or turn it off and back on
If it has sat for awhile. The battery that keeps the BIOS settings may have died. The Cylinder Heads and Sectors for your Hard Drive are all 0 so there is either no hard drive present or the BIOS battery may have died and lost those settings. This seems like an era of computer where it needs those settings to determine the size of the drive. If you open the computer and find a hard drive and remove it, The Cylinders, Heads, and Sectors and hopefully whether it needs LBA will be listed on the label for the hard drive. This is usually the easiest place to find it. If the hard drive has a model number you may be able to find it online too
