I recently released a tool on GitHub for creating and managing art galleries on Neocities called NeoGallery! Check it out!

Here are some of its features:
- Easy to use drag and drop web interface
- Upload photos/gifs to Neocities
- Automatically generate thumbnails to display at first, cutting down initial load times when people visit your site
- Delete or modify previous gallery uploads
- Create/edit/delete tags for your entries
- Mobile friendly layout
