i do have my email address on my site, but not so much a contact page. i keep my email on my about my website page, and it’s on the front page of my blog. personally, i think contact forms feel a little impersonal for my site, but i imagine more folks would contact through a form rather than having to open up their email client. (submissions to things, however, i wish were 100% forms! having to email folks to join a clique feels like too much work to me. i don’t know why i make this distinction.)
mailto links don’t really work for web based mail clients :(
