I’m not happy about this, either, but I know where I stand. I know I’m on the right side of history. And if I’m gonna die, I’m gonna die with my boots on.

Yeah, Darkhaus never got much promo in the US, and they aren’t making albums any longer. The reason I know about them is that Spotify had recommended them based on me listening to Volbeat and The Sisters of Mercy (before the service was completely enshittified).

Considering the backlog here my post feels a little silly to post here, but… hey it might be helpful to add a distraction from the nightmare vortex.

Oops, I didn’t intend on adding yet another negative post to this thread, but, here we are. Read it or don’t read it. Completely up to you.

It’s not your fault. The real economy is fucked, but nobody with the power to do anything about it will do anything because the stock market is doing just fine.

I finished writing this yesterday, and today I set up a bearblog to publish it on. (Shout-out to bytemoth for the name “manatee’s wake”!) It’s about My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic and its theme of trying to discover who you are.

I dropped a few posts over the weekend.

This one isn’t a happy fun read.

And here I’m mostly shitposting.

I really liked this. I’ve never really enjoyed people who are assertive about having found their purpose and their life choices. They’re often boring and a real slog to talk to.

Turbulent people are more interesting. They think about the things they think about.

Also, library assistants are literally some of the most important people on earth.

Thanks, but I’m not sure I created it. Back in the day there was this movie called Alien Nation starring James Caan and Mandy Patinkin. It ended up getting a 1-season TV series, too.

Thanks so much for the kind words! :two_hearts: I’m glad you enjoy the posts and found the link useful.
