I think you’re giving a little too much to Christianity here.
It’s true that nowadays evangelicals are the ones most invested in helping israel from the US (christians united for israel is significantly larger than AIPAC, the jewish lobby), but that’s true in the modern day and in the context of the US (as far as I know). If we look historically, the USSR (famously against religion) were actually the first world power to give backing to Israel because the second wave Zionists were mostly communists and established communes in the country. The US only joined about 8 years later.
Pinning the issues in Israel as resulting out of religion that is “not Judaism” kinda removes responsibility from the thousands of true-blue Jewish bastards who’ve contributed to this mess. placing them merely as puppets for someone else. I’m sure it wasn’t your intention to absolve them, but I see it a lot in regards to israel and palestine: people describing the actions of the culpable here as if they were merely vessels for some greater ethereal power.
By doing so, you remove the culpability of people like Meir Kahane, an american radical right-winger who wanted to turn Israel into an authoritarian theocracy, and whose followers opened fire in mosques and recently legalized the death penalty by hanging towards palestineans.
