a problem with neocities' thumbnails?

i have a little problem with neocities’ thumbnail thingie that the site generates when you update your website. for some reason it doesn’t show “Atkinson Hyperlegible” that i use for the body text?

maybe i coded something wrong in my style.css files with the fonts but to me everything looks fine. i haven’t seen this problem anywhere else and i tried to find anything about it but i couldn’t! so i’m asking here. i hope it’s okay that i’m asking this here!

By analysing your site on this, I found this CSS property you can look into. I am pretty confident that Neocities puts a 1s timer for taking the screenshot, so your font may still not be ready by then

i tried adding the font-display: swap; onto each @font-face i have and it still doesn’t work… however when i deleted all of the @font-face thingies, my font started to show up!

but now my text looks squished :[
