Let’s talk about it or show what we’ve printed. I’m fairly new to 3D printing, and so far, I’ve used it to print small, simple geometric shapes for my art. You can see some examples in the Art threads.
To be honest, I haven’t 3D printed anything yet, but I really want to make a 3D printer. I focus a lot on the idea of building tools to build more tools and it would be helpful to have. For example, I recently came across a 3D printed loom and a 3D printed sewing machine.
I have also come across the idea of using 3D printed toys to learn math concepts. This seems fun, though I can’t see myself making many of them.
Manatee loves a good math manipulative.
Im super into 3d printing. Been running a Ender 3 Pro with a BTT main board replacement and a ton of custom printed parts!
I 3D print artistic prints of mine whenever my printer works.
Anyone here familiar enough with different kinds of filaments to tell me if ABS or standard resin will withstand being shipped in Southern US heat?
I’m thinking of ordering some prints online because the local makerspace won’t reopen until October.
