Imagine all Indigenous tribes on one continent being treated as all wearing feathers ceremonially and all carrying spears and all knowing what corn is. Now imagine global south tribes grouped in.
Age feels like it shared in this treatmentās pain. I feel like people treat everyone of the same age like they are all on the same elevation from the kilogram(āhomogramā?) baseline experience.
Having 2e7 people go up the same slope sounds more like artificial life than human life. Thanks for sharing, youāre so valid! The nominal person is a social training model output, to me.

Iāve just published my monthly update.
This took so long to write; I want to dig a bit deeper into the top 10 releases from Listenbrainz - maybe tomorrow. I basically listened to Lily Allenās new album (what a breakup album, aye), and then followed up with her entire discography.
ALL THE EM DASHES WERE MY OWN DOING. Iām trying them out in my day-to-day after reading up and seeing how I can utilise them to string sentences together.

The Weekly Wrap Up is posted! Links this week include a web browser game where you manage the water supply of a medieval town, a Metafilter post with lots of links to recent space-related news and an update on the spicy nuns who fled their care home and broke into their closed down convent. Thereās tiara news and, as usual, I listened to, read and watched things.

How is the performance? I heard that these can be a little slow on modern websites but I know some people are just extra sensitive to thatā¦

Its just like any other android phone. I cannot confirm that some website are slow on this device.
Thank you for the lovely compliment! Iām going to let you in on a secret: I donāt do very many interesting things, either! Although I do read a lot, both online and off, so that gives me some excellent blog fodder.
You should do your own wrap-up if you really want to and donāt worry whether or not itās āinterestingā enough. If it interests you, go for it - you should be blogging for you, not some theoretical audience.
