I came across this on Reddit’s neocities sub. It’s an interesting idea that’s being built by one person and there already seems to be a small community going. The idea is you have your own space on the site that looks like it can be somewhat customized but you access it through neighborhoods populated by pixel houses you create. Some people have gone all out on their pixel houses with gnomes and birdbaths in the yard! There is a general feed like on neocities and there are ThreadRings which are different communities you can subscribe to which I think help populate your feed.
