Ok, that floppy disk hosting is REALLY cool! I may have to sign up there and come up with something cool to post.

I enjoyed the rest of the articles too; thanks for highlighting Browzar! I hadn’t heard of it before, and we really, really need alternatives to the Big 3 right now, and their engines as well. I love seeing alternatives like this, even if they’re not fully featured. I think it’s important to have different ways to browse the web, since we all have different needs when it comes to the way we interact with the internet.

I attempted to add the RSS to my feed reader and there seems to be an error/doesn’t exist. ):

Enjoying the digital zine thus far!

The feed is at http://elpis.ws/rss.xml but for some reason it doesn’t contain entries for previous issues.

That’s what I had attempted to add, but I got an error

The page itself says there’s a parsing error

I see. I misunderstood when you said “there seems to be an error/doesn’t exist”.

well it works fine for adress without https (not exists, only http, but you can type without http)

tested it in FeedFlow (android) and it works fine

still not accepted in Feedbro

how about now? http://elpis.ws/rss.xml works correct?

That’s better, but where are the previous issues?

they can be added, but the problem is that a new subscriber will receive a whole bunch of issues when there are more of them, so I don’t know what’s better, to give the last one, or to give them all?

My opinion? Give them all. I love it when a RSS feed for a newly discovered website contains a full archive of all posts. A full-text feed of all posts is even better as it enables offline reading, but it does tend to make a feed a lot bigger.

and have a nice weekend

Nice work so far, but have you considered adding issues 1-3 to the RSS feed?

i will, but soon, not today. was really hot with elpis

I’m loving this! I love how it looks, and I love how it reads. (Nr. 1 at least. Haven’t read any further yet.) To my own astonishment somehow, I love that it autotranslates to my language (German). It reads really well. I am so used to reading things in English, my own website is in English. And often automated translations on websites are absolutely awful. But this is not. It’s good.
Actually, it’s amazing. Because it allows people to read your zine that don’t speak the language you used to write it. Which language did you orgininally write it in?

I’ve subscribed to your RSS too.
